If you work in more than one company
Assessments and write-ups stay with the company that set them out. You do not pick a workplace first.
Some people are added by two companies. A contractor on two accounts, for example, or someone who moved and still has an assessment behind them at the first one.
Flow keeps the two apart. Your answers at one company are not mixed into the other, and neither company sees the other’s answers.
If only one company added you, none of this appears and nothing below applies.
In this guide:

- What happens when you start one
- What does not change
- If a company disappears from the list
Where your assessments sit
- Sign in and open Assessments.
- Each company that added you has its own heading and list.
- Press Start (or pick up a run) under the company that set that assessment out. The answers belong to that company.
Welcome shows one company at a time. Its name is at the top of the page, next to the Flow mark. The assessment below it belongs to that company. Assessments lists both companies together.
Your write-ups page lists finished work the same way, grouped by company. Your profile shows each company’s role and team. There is no separate control to pick which one you are “in”.
What happens when you start one
Anything you start belongs to the company whose list you started it from, and those answers count towards that company’s results and no other.
Finish an assessment before you start the same one at the other company, if you can. A half-done run stays with the company you started it at. Open that company’s list to pick it up.
What does not change
A write-up you already finished stays where you took it. Starting the same assessment at the other company does not move or delete it.
A saved link to a write-up keeps working either way. Those links do not care which list you opened it from. See your write-up for who else can open it.
Editing your name on your profile does not change which company a run belongs to. Neither does opening a saved write-up.
If a company disappears from the list
That company removed you from its people. The write-ups you finished there stop showing in your list.
If you think that is wrong, ask the person who added you. If a company you expect never appears at all, email hello@velory.com and we will check.
