Terms
Terms of use
Last updated 10 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Flow by Velory, a product of Velory AB, reg. no. 559118-9476. By signing in or taking an assessment, you agree to them.
If your employer bought Flow, its own agreement with us covers payment, service levels, and how it handles your information. These terms cover you and the screens you use. Where the two disagree about your employer's rights, that agreement wins, and nothing in it removes what the privacy policy promises you.
What Flow is
Flow turns a company's own rules about AI into questions its people answer, and keeps the record of what came back. A company uploads its AI or IT policy, Flow drafts a question for each rule, an admin approves them, and the people who get sent the assessment answer for their own work. Everyone gets their own read back; the company gets an aggregate report and a record it can show.
Flow records and helps a company show that this happened. It does not certify anyone as compliant with anything, and no certificate exists to be had under Article 4 of the EU AI Act. Parts of the product change while we keep building it.
Using it
Flow is for your work, and you must be old enough to work where you are. When you type things in:
- Use a real email you can receive.
- Only share information you are allowed to share.
- Leave out other people's personal or confidential details unless you have their permission.
- Answer for yourself, about your own work.
- Do not try to break, overload, or misuse the service, and do not use it to do anything unlawful.
What your employer decides
If your employer runs Flow, it chooses which assessments go out, which of its policies the questions come from, and who administers it. It can also connect its HR system, or upload a list of people as a file, and that is where your name, title, and team come from rather than from you.
What your employer's admins and managers can see is set out in the privacy policy. Those limits are ours to keep, and no customer can switch them off. Your typed answers are never shown to an admin or manager with your name on them, and there is no setting that opens them.
Your answers and your write-up
What you put in is yours, and so is your write-up. By using Flow you give us permission to process what you enter, so we can run the conversation, build your write-up, and give your company the aggregate report. We do not use it to train AI models. The privacy policy is the full account of how we handle it.
What to expect from the write-up
The write-up is a starting point for your own thinking. An automated conversation puts it together, so it is not professional, legal, or financial advice, and any figures in it are rough estimates.
The same goes for the company report and any level it shows. It reports what people told us. It is neither an audit nor a legal opinion on where a company stands under any regulation.
Availability
We cannot promise the service will always be up or free of mistakes, and we can change it, pause it, or stop it without notice. Where your employer has an agreement with us that promises otherwise, that agreement governs what it is owed.
Where we stand on liability
Flow is offered as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or from acting on the write-up. None of this limits anything that cannot be limited by law, and none of it touches your rights under data protection law.
Changes and contact
We can update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the law of Sweden. Questions? Write to privacy@velory.com.
